1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ld44 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered at ld44.bio. By accessing the Platform in any capacity — including as a guest browser — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them.

ld44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice posted on the Platform homepage or via email to the address associated with your account. Continued use of the Platform after any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated summary, the English version shall prevail in all cases.

ld44 provides online casino games (slots, live tables, crash games) and sports betting markets (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports) as entertainment services for adults. All games are provided by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. ld44 does not manufacture, own, or control the underlying game software — it provides a licensed distribution channel for those products.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as establishing a partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, or franchise relationship between ld44 and the Player. Players interact with the Platform on an arm's-length basis as independent consumers of gaming services.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to ld44 is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on every subsequent occasion on which they access the Platform:

• You have not previously been self-excluded from ld44 or had an account permanently closed for violation of these Terms.

ld44 uses third-party identity verification services to confirm the age and identity of account holders. You consent to the sharing of your personal data with such services for verification purposes as part of the registration and ongoing compliance process. 3. Account Registration & KYC

To access the full range of services on ld44, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active account on ld44. Opening additional accounts — whether in the same name, a different name, or using different contact details — constitutes a breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance or bonus held in the secondary account(s) will be forfeited. ld44 uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method matching to detect and close duplicate accounts.

3.2 KYC Document Requirements

Before processing any withdrawal request, and at any time ld44 deems necessary for compliance purposes, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card (NID), passport, or driver's licence — clear photograph or scan showing full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document issued within the last three months, showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or statement confirming that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account used for deposits is registered in your name.
• Source of Funds: In cases where ld44's compliance team requires it, a statement or documentation confirming the legitimate source of funds deposited to the Platform.

Withdrawal requests will be held pending until all required KYC documents have been submitted and approved. ld44 aims to process KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving all required documentation. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may have their balance reviewed in accordance with anti-money-laundering obligations.

3.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. ld44 strongly recommends enabling SMS OTP two-factor authentication on your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact [email protected] immediately. ld44 will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ld44 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Bangladeshi market. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The following table summarises the key parameters for each primary payment channel:

All withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit. ld44 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. ld44 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of the amount.

ld44 does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, your bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility. Deposits made using cryptocurrency or any payment method not listed on the Platform will not be credited and may be returned less any third-party processing costs incurred.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

ld44 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier — for example, a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of ৳30,000 on eligible games before any bonus-derived balance can be transferred to your real-money balance and requested for withdrawal.

5.2 Eligible Games

Not all games on the ld44 platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general guide:

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Any bonus balance and associated wagering progress that has not been completed by the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically. ld44 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

ld44 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing offsetting bets to guarantee a bonus without genuine play risk, creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, and wagering patterns designed solely to clear requirements without normal recreational play. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided and may be permanently closed.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on ld44, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times while using the Platform:

• You will provide accurate and truthful information in all interactions with ld44, including during registration, KYC submission, and customer support communications.
• You will not use the Platform for any purpose that is illegal under the laws applicable to you, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any form of financial crime.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit any game or promotional mechanic.
• You will not engage in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or live casino environments.
• You will not attempt to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, including through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other obfuscation tools designed to disguise your geographic location.
• You will not engage in any conduct that interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or that could harm other players, including harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at customer support staff.
• You will not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any ld44 software or game provided by a third-party studio.
• You will play responsibly and make use of the deposit limit, session reminder, cooling-off, and self-exclusion tools available in your account settings if you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic.

7. Account Closure & Self-Exclusion

You may request closure of your ld44 account at any time by contacting [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Upon receipt, ld44 will process the closure within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure unless otherwise specified.

7.1 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to exclude yourself from ld44 due to concerns about problem gambling, ld44 offers a formal self-exclusion mechanism. Self-exclusion closes your account for a minimum period of six months and prevents re-registration during that period. Self-exclusion requests are processed within two hours and take effect immediately upon confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, ld44 will not send any promotional communications to the excluded account holder.

7.2 Closure by ld44

ld44 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Confirmed or suspected breach of these Terms, including fraudulent activity, money laundering, or multi-accounting.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Regulatory obligation or instruction from a competent authority.
• Extended account inactivity (accounts with zero balance that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months).

Where an account is closed by ld44 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account (real-money and bonus) is subject to review and may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

8. Limitation of Liability & Governing Principles

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ld44 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or any other intangible losses.

ld44's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ld44 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and force majeure events (including natural disasters, power outages, government action, or telecommunications failures) may cause temporary service unavailability for which ld44 accepts no liability.

Sports betting results and casino game outcomes are determined by certified random processes and real-world sporting events. ld44 accepts no responsibility for the outcome of any bet or wager placed on the Platform. All bets are placed at the Player's own risk and discretion.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of fairness and good faith. Any clause found to be unenforceable shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. ld44 reserves the right to assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any successor entity without notice to you.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and ld44 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, and agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
